Ocean 8 is a good movie. They are trying to steal a diamond for the queen. It will be tough to do, but they have friends who can help. And one of them has a magic hand!
The Ocean 8 movie is going to be confirmed. It will happen after this article gets published. This is my special power! I am here for you, readers.
So what is The Ocean’s Eight? Well it is a movie about people who are going to steal something for someone else. They needed eight people, so they chose these eight people. They are going to steal something from a museum and bring it back to the queen of England.
The Ocean Eight Trailer finally explains the heist. Specifically, we see the team at a party in a rich people’s home, and suddenly, they’ve turned into thieves. Sandra Bullock is trying to steal a $150 million necklace from Anne Hathaway, while Cate Blanchett steals an expensive diamond with James Corden cracking jokes behind her. According to the trailer, it looks like they planned their own heist while in prison.
Entertainment Weekly recently talked with director Gary Ross about the movie. He explained that there was a time limit of “two hours” and that he didn’t want them just sitting around bickering at each other for most of it:
“I wanted to tell a story that had something meaningful—and relatable—to say about friendship from the female point of view. I didn’t want it to be a sprawling, complex conspiracy thriller, but more like an intricate heist movie with eight women at the center of it. It’s ultimately about these eight women who come together over the course of one weekend to pull off this heist. And it’s about the relationships between them and the conflicts that are inherent in those relationships.”
Ross also said that the cast “had a great chemistry” and were “all game”. Meanwhile, Bullock told EW why she took on the movie:
“We’re not talking about the great works of feminism. We’re talking about a heist movie! But what it turned into after we all got on board and realized that each one of these women are so strong, they’re so complicated, and yet they complement each other beautifully — it was an embarrassment of riches to have all these incredibly smart, creative women around me.”
